Making EU goals a reality
Tipik Legal was set up in 2009 and is the Legal Business Unit of Tipik Communication Agency S.A.
Our main mission is to support the European Commission in its role of ensuring that EU law is transposed and implemented by the Member States in their own legal system and truly benefits EU citizens. To do so, we carry out assessments using a set of working methods, central to which is the comparative legal analysis of national laws transposing EU Acts. The Commission may then use these assessments as supporting information for infringement procedures.
